Cheat codes have been a staple to gamers for years, whether it be to unlock a special item or enable God Mode for an easier time during gameplay. The most famous cheat code of all, the Konami code appeared in hundreds of Konami games over the years, starting with Gradius back in 1985.
That very code — ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA — has found its way into other games and various websites as well, and today Amazon is using (most of) it as Cyber Monday Cheat Code to give gamers 15% off select new and pre-order Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Wii U titles.
Some new titles that qualify include Fallout 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Star Wars: Battlefront, Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and a few LEGO Dimensions level packs including Doctor Who, Scooby Doo, and the LEGO Movie Emmet Fun Pack. Pre-orders that qualify include Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Just Cause 3, Far Cry Primal, LEGO Marvel’s Avengers, and more.
