Another weekend, another #Forzathon and a new set of challenges for your chance to snag a free car, Wheelspins, Credits, and XP! Last weekend you had a shot at the 1972 Mercedes 300 SEL 6.3 while this weekend, Forza Horizon 3 is celebrating the Spring Festival with a Horizon Edition car to win. As per the norm as of late, there’s only one car up for grabs this weekend as well as XP, Credits, and 3 Wheelspins during the #Forzathon March 24-27th event.

As a reminder, #Forzathon events start at 3am ET on Fridays – just after midnight Pacific – and close at 3am ET on Mondays so you have until the wee hours of March 27th (depending on your time zone) in order to complete this weekend’s challenges.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Celebration Of The Cherry Blossom: Win a Race in a Japanese car to win 3 Wheelspins
  • Sushi Roll: Perform 15 Barrel Roll Skills in a Nissan to win the Nissan Silvia HE
  • Wasabi Shrimp: Perform 15 Drift Skills in the Honda S800 or the Toyota Corolla SR5 to receive 25,000 CR
  • Karaoke Night: Bank a Skill Chain during a Skill Song to earn 25,000 XP

While the “Sushi Roll” challenge sounds difficult, it really isn’t that hard. Just head over to the Timber Mill in Kiewa Valley just to the east of Maroondah Reservoir and launch those Barrel Rolls off the stacked lumber jumps. As usual, the XP, Credits, and Wheelspins shouldn’t be too bad to get but you’ll have to either use skill points to force a Skill Song or test your luck waiting for one to randomly come on. All the challenges can be completed solo, and you don’t have to go online to complete any of this week’s challenges.

There hasn’t been a sale on cars in the Autoshow for the past few #Forzathons and we don’t expect this weekend to be any different unfortunately, but we’ll check back as soon as #Forzathon is live and let you know either way. It’d be nice to get that 30% off on at least a few vehicles again..
