The Tech Series controllers feature premium finishes including laser etched textures, gold accents and insignias, and textured diamond rubberized grips for extra comfort and added control. Some of the other features of the Recon Tech Special Edition include:

  • Sleek, dark grey military design
  • Get up to twice the wireless range than previous controllers*
  • Stay on target with rubberized diamond grip
  • Includes Bluetooth® technology for gaming on Windows 10 PCs and tablets
  • Responsive thumbsticks and an enhanced D-pad provide greater precision
  • Triggers and bumpers are designed for quick access
  • Menu and View buttons quick for easy navigation
  • Now features a 3.5mm stereo headset jack that lets you plug your favorite gaming headset right into the controller
  • Remap buttons through the Xbox Accessories App on the Xbox One/Xbox One S/Windows 10

The Recon Tech Special Edition Xbox Wireless Controller is available for pre-order and will be available on April 25th. Those in the U.S. can expect to pay $69.99USD, while gamers in Canada will see an MSRP of $79.99CAD.
