It’s here people — the official trailer for Blade Runner 2049! If you haven’t seen the cult classic Blade Runner with Harrison Ford, I highly suggest you go do that now. The original movie is a cornerstone sci-fi film, at least in my estimation. Harrison Ford did a spectacular job in the original film and this follow-up certainly looks promising. It was just a few months ago when the studio teased us with a small morsel, now check out the full official Blade Runner 2049 trailer below.
Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.
From executive producer Ridley Scott and director Denis Villeneuve, #BladeRunner2049 stars Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Ana De Armas, MacKenzie Davis, Sylvia Hoeks, Lennie James, Carla Juri, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto
The cast for this film looks promising as well. Not only do you have Harrison Ford but you have talents like Robin Wright, Jared Leto, and Dave Bautista just to name a few. Warner Bros. Pictures looks like they got a winner-winner chicken dinner with this one, fingers crossed!
