In this day and age, TV shows come and go with many getting cancelled without reason or closure. Netflix’s Sense8 was one of those shows and after a massive outcry by fans, Netflix announced that the series would finish with a 2-hour finale. That announcement was made almost a year ago and the series finale is just around the corner. Today, Netflix dropped the Sense8 series finale trailer on Twitter and Youtube.

Created by the Wachowskis, the show follows eight strangers from around the world who find out they are “Sensates” and have a mental and emotional connection to each other even though they have never met. Starring  Aml Ameen, Doona Bae, Jamie Clayton, Tina Desai, Tuppence Middleton, Max Riemelt, Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Brian J. Smith, and  Toby Onwumere, the show ran for 23 episodes before its cancellation.

The series finale will pick up where the second season left viewers hanging and should offer closure to fans of the series.
