The Forza Motorsport 7 #Forzathon September 7-13th event gives you a chance to earn the exclusive 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B STI Forza Edition, credits, and Motorcycle Cop Driver Gear. This #Forzathon event started on September 7th at 10:00 a.m. PT and closes at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 13th so you have into the wee hours of September 14th (depending on your time zone) to finish the challenges and snag the rewards.

Check out the complete challenge list and rewards below for the newly added challenges.

  • Warming the Tires: Complete the Challenge to receive the Motorcycle Cop Driver Gear
    • Get a Drift Score of 7,000 in a Single Lap of a Drift Event in a Rear Wheel Drive Car
  • Setting Times: Complete both Challenges to receive 60,000 Credits
    • Complete a Race where you go at least 150mph at Mugello Club
    • Complete 3 Laps at Sonoma Raceway in a Track Toys division Car
  • Grey Daze: Complete all Challenges to receive the Exclusive 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B STI Forza Edition
    • Complete 3 laps at Nürburgring in the Rain
    • Complete a Race at Maple Valley in the Rain
    • Complete a Race at Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit in the Rain

As with previous #Forzathon events, most of these can be completed in Free Play mode and setting the number of Drivatars to 0 to guarantee a win. Unless otherwise specified, set the race to a Timed Race for 30 seconds and let the timer run out to complete/win the race.

Warming the Tires

We’ll be choosing Drift instead of Timed Race for this one. I like the Dubai Mountain Circuit as it’s nice and long. Set the timer to about 6 or 8 minutes (which should get you two solid laps just in case), choose a RWD car, start the race. Once you’ve completed a lap with more than 7,000 drift score, let the timer run down and you’ll snag your Motorcycle Cop Driver Gear.

Setting Times

Set up the race track to Mugello Club Circuit and hop into a P Class car (I chose the Aston Martin #18 AMRI). You should have no problem hitting 150mph (242km/h) on the first straightaway.

Next, head over to Sonoma Raceway, select the Short Circuit, 3 laps, and Track Toys division car. Once you’ve completed the obligatory 3 laps, you’ll be awarded with 60,000 Credits.

Grey Daze

This one is pretty straightforward but will take some time. Set the race type to Circuit Race, 3 laps, Nürburgring’s GP Circuit (even at just over 5km it’s the shortest) in the Rain, and complete your three laps to move on to the next Challenge.

Once you’re done at Nürburgring, head over to Maple Valley, set up a 30-second Timed Race in the Rain, and soon you’ll be on to the final Challenge.

To complete this last Challenge of the set, head over to Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit, set it to Rain, let the timer run out, and you’ll be driving away in the Exclusive 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B STI Forza Edition.

Combining Challenges

Unfortunately, there’s no real way to combine any of the Challenges this week. As a result, and due to the number of lap challenges this week, it’ll take you a bit longer but shouldn’t take much more than half an hour or so with any luck.

What do you think about the changes to the Forza Motorsport 7 #Forzathon events and the vehicle and Driver Gear up for grabs this week? Are the tasks too easy? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+, Twitter, or Facebook.
