Marvel’s Avengers movie series has been a great ride for many of us but all good things come to end. Right? Well, if the title of the latest Avengers movie is taken literally, it could be the end. Marvel Studios released the trailer for Avengers: Endgame today. The trailer gives us an idea of where the story is taking us, appearing to wrap up loose ends and finding out the fate of each Avenger and other MCU superheroes.

While the trailer doesn’t give up too much, it’s looking like Avengers: Endgame could have as much kick visually as Avengers: Infinity War. As far as this being the last movie, it has been rumored Chris Evans is hanging up the stars and stripes but its also been rumored that he may have one more in him.

Without further ado, check out the new trailer below which has been weeks in the coming — after all, it is !

The longevity of a franchise really depends on two things. Will people come out to watch the next movie? Will the actors who have solidified themselves as a major character return? Avengers: Endgame could really be the end — after all, the movie does mark the end of the current MCU phase of movies. We may have to find out what the box office numbers look like come April of next year when the movie is set to release. By then we’ll know if people like it and want another and if the actors are willing to return.

Returning in this movie are those who survived the events of Infinity War including Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark and Iron Man), Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow). Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) are both in the trailer for the new movie, and Evangeline Lily (Wasp) and Brie Larson (Captain Marvel) are also part of the cast. It remains to be seen what other heroes if any, show up even though many of them are credited on IMDB.

We’re excited for Avengers: Endgame. How about you? Do you think this is really the end of the franchise? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+, Twitter, or Facebook.
