Comics/Books / Entertainment / Movies

Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place after Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame and follows Peter Parker and his classmates to Europe.

Spider-Man: Homecoming was easily one of the best if not the best Spider-Man movie made. Not only because of its obvious ties to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) but also because of its story and overall feel. Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place (SPOILER ALERT)

after Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame (gee thanks Sony!)

and follows Peter Parker and his classmates to Europe.

Here’s Marvel Studios synopsis of the film:

Peter Parker returns in Spider-Man: Far From Home, the next chapter of the Spider-Man: Homecoming series! Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter’s plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks are quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks, creating havoc across the continent!

The trailer looks great and I am pretty confident that Sony and Marvel Studios are going to deliver another great film here. Tom Holland has done an excellent job as Peter Parker and Spider-Man and its great to see Samuel Jackson back as Nick Fury. We’re super excited for this! The film was directed by Jon Watts, written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, and produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal.

The cast includes:

  • Tom Holland
  • Samuel L. Jackson
  • Zendaya
  • Cobie Smulders
  • Jon Favreau
  • JB Smoove
  • Jacob Batalon
  • Martin Starr
  • Marisa Tomei
  • Jake Gyllenhaal

Spider-Man: Far From Home will be in theaters July 5th so we are not far from that now.
