The humble Chromebook has come a long way since its beginnings and its popularity has increased year-over-year. Chromebooks used to be super cheap, not only in price but in build quality. While prices have increased slightly, the build quality has gotten even better. The HP Chromebook 15 is one of the latest that has an amazing look and build but will still cost you under US$500.
Following the trend of larger screens on Chromebooks, the HP Chromebook 15 sports a 15.6″ FHD display with very nice slim bezels along the sides and top. It is also 17.9mm thin and weighs in at 3.99 lbs, which makes it portable enough for users on the go.
Another upgrade from previous years of Chromebook are the processors and storage options. This line of Chromebooks come with the latest Intel Core i processors and up to 128GB of SSD storage. HP is also claiming up to 13 hours of battery life.
The speaker system is also impressive here with this device getting dual speakers tuned by Bang & Olufsen. There are also two USB Type C ports for data transfer, display, and charging other devices. Check out the specifications below:
