Samsung’s success with the Galaxy A series is due to the fact it offers higher-end specs in a mid-range priced phone that almost anyone can afford. Now, the company is looking to add a 5G connected device to its A-series smartphone line up.

The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G, as mentioned above, will have 5G connectivity letting you capture, stream, and share what you want with the low lag-times and stable connectivity. Additionally, the phone does pack some pretty powerful specs include a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display that we’ve already seen on some of the other A series devices. On the inside of the device, you’re looking at a Snapdragon 855 SoC, either 6/8GB RAM, and internal storage of 128GB. That storage can be expanded up to 512GB with a Micro SD card — but will only on the 6GB variant. Battery capacity is at 4,500mAh with a 25W super-fast charger, which should get most power users through the day.

On the camera side, The A90 5G has a three-lens set up. The main lens is a 48MP shooter while the depth lens os 5MP and the Ultra Wide lens is 8MP. The front-facing camera is 32MP allowing you to get better Live Focus photos of yourself or groups.

Unfortunately, Samsung seems to be offering the device in South Korea starting September 4th, 2019 but will expand to other markets afterward. Pricing hasn’t been provided either, but with this being a 5G phone, it could cost you some cash but we’ll find out once the device is out in the market.

Is the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G something you’d get even if 5G isn’t in your area yet considering the specs it’s packing? Let us know in the comments below or on TwitterFacebook, or MeWe.
