Rare Pink Floyd Concert Footage Officially Released

|

I make no apologies for being a rabid Pink Floyd fan boy, I am what I am and I am excited! Pink Floyd has officially released some professional concert footage taken in 1972 at The Brighton Dome in England. What makes this rare? The Floyd almost never had their concerts professionally recorded (before 1977) for whatever reason, save this one.

They’ve only released one song for now, “Careful With That Axe Eugene”, but we hope more is to come. With a new album due in October of this year, it’s a good time to start making their face seen again. We hope to see more of the Brighton footage show up on YouTube in the near future and we’ll bring it to you as soon as we see it. Check out” Careful With That Axe Eugene” after the break.
