Free Fibbage Friday Contest Winners

Thanks to Jackbox Games, we had a couple of codes to give away for their new Xbox One game, Fibbage: The Hilarious Bluffing Party Game. What better way to do it than by playing the game itself? Read on to find out who our Free Fibbage Friday contest winners were…

We had over 400 people join us in and out on Friday night between 8-10pm PDT and played quite a few rounds of the new party trivia game by the creators of the popular You Don’t Know Jack series. Pascal from Jackbox joined as well and responded to a few questions, including one we posed. Considering the game was meant to be played locally, we asked if they ever expected people playing together from 1000’s of miles away. Pascal responded by stating that they realized it was possible, but weren’t sure how well it would work once the game launched. Even with a short Twitch delay, because mobile devices are used as the controllers, we think it works just fine via streaming. It’ll be interesting if Jackbox Games looks into integrating true multiplayer functionality given the number of people who seem keen on playing it with others around the globe. Heck, when we finished the last game it was obvious people still wanted to play and weren’t ready to quit!

As previously mentioned, we had a couple of codes to give away and give away we did! Our first code went to one of our earlier contestants – Rambo zR. We played a few more games and then gave our last code away in what was a pretty fierce battle between a couple of players. In the end, HiTSqD FaLLeN scored the victory in commanding style and received a code for a free copy of Fibbage of his own.

Check out our last round of the night below. NOTE: There are some questions and answers that are more mature as the game is rated T for Teen so keep that in mind if you are easily offended when watching the video!

In case you missed it, you can check out our review of Fibbage. The TL;DR version? We highly recommend this fun party game, and it’s a steal at under $7! Currently only on the Xbox One, look for Fibbage to come to PS3 & PS4 soon!

Were you one of the ones that joined us on Friday night? Did you get a chance to play a round with us? Let us know what you think of Fibbage and our first code giveaway here on MOARGeek in the comments below, or on Google+, Facebook, or Twitter!
