What’s In The Box!? Loot Crate: July 2015 Edition

Welcome to the second installment of What’s In The Box!? Today we’re looking at what Loot Crate has in store for us for July of 2015. This month’s theme is Heroes 2. Coming off a fairly substantial box last month, the Loot Crate gang aren’t showing signs of stopping with this month’s box.

Earlier in the year, the folks at Loot Crate came out with the original Heroes theme and it was full of some amazing goodies. This month’s box boasts the same as it comes packed with a number of exclusive items from a variety of super hero franchises.

Q-Pop Batman: Classic TV Series figure

So without further adieu, let’s get into it. The first item I noticed was a Loot Crate exclusive, a Batman: Classic TV Series Q-Pop figure complete with custom “Pow!” symbol. The custom symbol allows you to write your favorite punch or kick zinger. Sadly, mine was broken as you can see below — cue sad trombone — but I’m sure a wee bit of super glue can help.

Batarang Multi-Tool

By far my most favorite item in this month’s crate, the Batman Multi-Tool has a number of useful tools for any person. Two screwdrivers and a bottle opener makes this a day-to-day staple in my life.

The League of Regrettable Superheroes

RegrettableSuperThis book highlights 50 of the strangest super heroes ever seen in print. From the Golden Age to the Modern Age, Doctor Dracula to Brain Boy, you’re going to find a variety of heroes and descriptions here and it’s well worth a read.

A Brawlhalla White Fang Skin

BrawlhallaWith an exclusive skin, weapon and character download card, you’ll be able to play Brawlhalla — from Blue Mammoth Games — in style.

Spock Star Trek Auto Air Freshener

SpockAirFreshener

While I had a moment of sadness when seeing this, the air freshener is a good reminder of the work Leonard Nimoy did as everyone’s favorite half-Vulcan. The air-freshener offers a not-too-potent air freshener and adds a bit of geekdom and reverence to anyone’s ride.

Zelda Wrist Sweatband

Zelda

With the 80s-retro look in full swing, this sweat band couldn’t have come at a better time. Not only will you look hip sportsing, but you’ll be showing off your inner geek as well.

Wonder Woman Poster

SheCanDoIt

“If anyone can get the job done, it’s Wonder Woman.” The poster takes on a World War II Bomber style of art and paints Wonder Woman as a lady that can take care of business.

And that pretty much wraps it up for July 2015’s Heroes 2 Loot Crate. Next month’s theme is Villains and we’ll see it in our mailboxes in just a few weeks. Join us next time as we take a look at what’s in the box.
