As we hit the end of week 10 in 2017, Xur is still here to offer you some of Destiny‘s finest/not so fine exotics. Before we get into more details about Xur’s location, don’t forget that Bungie has announced the last content update to Destiny before Destiny 2 (or whatever it’s called) comes out sometime in the fall this year. “Age of Triumph” is the name of the last content update and it’ll be out at the end of this month on March 28th. No pricing details just yet, but it should be a good update as it’ll be revolving around all the raids in the game and some year 1 exotics will be making a return.
Now, back to what we’re really here for: where to find Xur and what he’s selling. If you’re wondering where Xur is, he’ll be hiding out at the Reef social space in the usual spot cooped up in a small room off to the right. When you spawn in, turn right and walk down some stairs and make another right. Xur will be on the left-hand side through the doors that are closed when Xur is not around. Last week Xur was giving Hunters and Warlocks a bit of an advantage with armor, but this week Xur is helping out all classes. As for the weapon, Truth is back and it hasn’t been the best rocket launcher because of it being nerfed, but Bungie is working on getting it back up to par so it can be used to beat those in PVP.
This weekend Xur is selling:
- Legacy Heavy Weapon Engram – 29 Strange Coins
- Empyrean Bellicose (Helmet) for Titan Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Knucklehead Radar (Helmet) for Hunter Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Nothing Manacles (Gauntlets) for Warlock Class – 13 Strange Coins
- Truth (Rocket Launcher) – 23 Strange Coins
Xur is also offering the usual upgrade to your Sparrow, which includes the Plasma Drive, or the Emerald Coin for 23 Strange Coins. There’s also Heavy Ammo Synthesis for 1 or 3 Strange Coins, Glass Needles for 3 Strange Coin/3 Mote of Light/1 exotic shard, a Mote of Light for 2 Strange Coins, Exotic Shard for 7 Strange Coin and Three of Coins is available for 7 Strange Coin.
