Keep calm: Apple and Dwayne Johnson are not making a Siri movie

, , , , ,

Dwayne Johnson is one of those guys that the ladies love and men have much respect for. His charisma and star power is pretty strong, it’s how he can get away with making a movie like Tooth Fairy and still find work. So when Dwayne Johnson speaks, people tend to listen and the man known as The Rock had something to say this weekend. Johnson took to social media to announce a new movie in collaboration with Apple based around Apple’s Siri assistant, The Rock x Siri Dominate the Day.

That announcement sent many in social media into a tizzy, many who weren’t feeling what The Rock was cooking. The good news is, Dwayne Johnson isn’t making a Siri movie but a very long Siri commercial instead. That’s right, you can calm down and know that The Rock’s social media posts were just a marketing stunt so everyone would watch his latest commercial. The commercial shows Johnson going about his day utilizing Siri to make appointments, get Lyft rides, and show him information. While it’s debatable on just how good Siri is at all of these things, the commercial itself is entertaining, mostly because it stars Johnson. Check it out below.

You should never, ever, under any circumstances, underestimate how much Dwayne Johnson can get done in a day with Siri. Follow the world’s busiest actor and Siri as they dominate the day.

There you have it, thankfully there’s no Siri movie in our future but you have to admit, The Rock killed this ad.
