If you don’t already know, the ever popular battle royale game Fortnite comes with challenges every week and each week tends to be a little different than the previous ones. It’s Week 9 of Season 3, so gear up and get ready to tackle these new challenges to continue to tier up to tier 100 and receive the John Wick skin if you haven’t gotten it already.

As usual, there are seven challenges and the first challenge for Week 9 is to deal 5,000 damage to opponent’s structures. As simple as it sounds, it’s going to be easy for anyone to reach this quota easily just by playing in matches. The same goes for another challenge, building 250 of your own structures. The third challenge is to search seven chests is Haunted Hills. If you can’t get seven chests in your first or second matches, just keep trying since everyone will be heading that way from the start.

Now for the more difficult challenges for Week 9. You will need to visit three different taco stands in one single match, follow the Treasure Map that’s located in Moisty Mire, and eliminate four enemies with shotguns, and eliminate three opponents in Lucky Landing. Completing the challenges will earn you Battle Stars to help you level up faster and reach the next tier.

Week 9 challenges

  • Deal damage to opponents’ structures (5,000): 5 Battle Stars
  • Search Chests in Haunted Hills (7): 5 Battle Stars
  • Build structures (250): 5 Battle Stars
  • Visit different Taco Shops in a single match (3): 5 Battle Stars
  • Hard: Follow the Treasure Map found in Moisty Mire: 10 Battle Stars
  • Hard: Shotgun Eliminations (4): 10 Battle Stars
  • Hard: Eliminate opponents in Lucky Landing (3): 10 Battle Stars

Check back next week to see what Epic Games has in store for all those who are like getting challenges done first and then taking out enemies and claiming victory as the last one standing. What do you guys think about the Season 3 Week 9 Fortnite challenges? Are they easy enough to get done in a few days of grinding?
