Mortal Kombat 11 to feature full-sized Scorpion Mask.

For those who have never played a Mortal Kombat game before, Scorpion has been in the game since the very beginning, only being absent from Mortal Kombat 3.

Mortal Kombat 11 is nearly upon us, and with it, probably one of the sweetest collector’s — excuse me, Kollector’s — editions to date. To coincide with the live stream the other day, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released a preview of the Kollection on Twitter.

The Kollection will feature the Mortal Kombat 11, access to six DLC fighters that will be released at a later date, a steel book, a Kollector’s koin, and Kollector’s box. But wait, there’s more. Along with all that, you’ll also get a full life-sized Scorpion mask.

We’re not sure if the mask is wearable. Though it would be quite sweet if it were. For those who have never played a Mortal Kombat game before, Scorpion has been in the game since the very beginning, only being absent from Mortal Kombat 3. He has one of the most iconic phrases in any game. “GET OVER HERE!”

It should be noted that this isn’t the first time that a mask has been released as a part of a Kollector’s edition. Halo 3‘s legendary edition came with a life-sized Master Chief Spartan mask. Even so, having your very own Scorpion mask would be pretty sweet.

Of course, the Kollector’s Edition for Mortal Kombat 11 is going to cost you a pretty penny. To score the Scorpion mask, and everything else for that matter, you’ll be dropping US$300. It seems like a large chunk of change, but you’ll be the coolest kid on the block with that life-sized Scorpion mask. All editions of the game will drop on April 23 for the PC, Switch, PS4, and Xbox One.

Will you be picking up Mortal Kombat 11 when it debuts at the end of April? What about the Kollector’s Edition? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+Twitter, or Facebook. You can also comment on our MeWe page by joining the MeWe social network.
