Plugable is a company you may not have heard of before and if so, it’s probably due to their USB and Thunderbolt devices. The company is branching out further into gaming with their Plugable Performance brand and has launched an affordable high-performance gaming headset with wide compatibility.
Featuring a brushed aluminum frame, adjustable hinges, and comfortable memory foam padding, the Plugable Performance Onyx Gaming Headset also features 53mm dynamic drivers. The 3.5mm audio connectors not only allow the headset to be used on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the Nintendo Switch for gaming but also make it great for regular audio as well.

With an over-ear headset design, the Onyx Gaming Headset also reduces outside noise and features a retractable microphone. The included braided cables include a TRRS connection for microphone and headphone channels, an extension cable which includes in-line volume and microphone mute controls, and a TRRS to TRS cable for use with PCs.
