We regret to inform our readers and listeners that effective immediately, the Techaeris Aercast will be temporarily shut down. While we’ve all had a lot of fun recording and creating the podcast, the timing may have been a bit premature. I don’t believe we are saying goodbye to the Aercast forever, but unfortunately I can’t give any sort of estimate on it’s return at this time.
We appreciate everyone who’s listened and supported us through these last few months, and hope to return to the air at some point in the future, but we’d like to get Techaeris and MOARGeek a bit farther along in their development before resuming.
All of us at Techaeris would like to thank our Aercast Patreon Patrons. You supported us because you believed in what we were doing, and that is truly humbling. Moving forward, the Aercast Patreon page will be re-tooled as simply a Techaeris/MOARGeek Patreon page. We will, as always, recognize any and all of our Patrons in some way, though specifics have not yet been decided.
This has not been an easy decision. All of us who have been involved with the Aercast enjoyed recording this podcast, and I believe we would all say that we are ecstatic that people listened to something that we had so much fun creating.
With that being said, I hope you’ll join us for what should prove to be an exciting future on both Techaeris and MOARGeek. We’ve got a great group of writers that strive to deliver interesting and engaging content across all aspects of technology and popular culture. We will always love to hear from our readers with any questions, comments, concerns, tips, etc. through any of the potential ways to contact us – Article comments, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, email@example.com, and so on. Let us know what you like, what you want to see more of, and we’ll do our best to oblige.
So this is the end, at least temporarily, of the Aercast. I am sad to see it go, but I’m excited for what the future holds for both Techaeris and MOARGeek. I hope you’ll all come along for the ride!
Thanks again for everything,
