If you haven’t had enough of Thanos, a.k.a. The Mad Titan, in Avengers: Infinity War and you’re a Fortnite player, you’re in luck! Starting today, Thanos has come to Fortnite Battle Royale in a limited time mashup event.
The limited time mashup in Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode begins today, Tuesday, May 8, so don’t wait if you want your chance to play as Thanos! But to harness his power and wield the Infinity Gauntlet, you’ll have to fight for it. The Infinity Gauntlet will arrive on a meteor as the battle begins, and the first to equip the Gauntlet will transform into the mighty Thanos, complete with the Gauntlet’s massive power. Utilize Rare, Epic, and Legendary weapons in this Limited Time Mashup in order to take down Thanos, equip the Gauntlet and claim Victory!
So not only will you encounter the “star” of Avengers: Infinity War in the game, you’ll be able to play as him — that is if you can beat everyone else to find and equip the Infinity Gauntlet. Fortnite Battle Royale is currently free-to-play on Windows, macOS, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and iOS so you can get right into the fight without having to open up your wallet.

As Marvel mentions, this is a time-limited crossover event with no word as to how long the Infinity Gauntlet and The Mad Titan will be in play.
