With October pretty much here, Sony has announced their free PlayStation Plus October games for its members. There are six games to choose from depending on which console you own, whether it’s the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, or PS Vita.
The games that are free on the PlayStation 4 for PS Plus members are getting Friday the 13th: The Game and Laser League. Master Reboot and The Bridge are free for the PlayStation 3, while Rocketbird 2: Evolution and 2064: Read Only Memories are free for the PS Vita. The PlayStation 4 games are the real highlight here as usual, so if you’re not familiar with Friday the 13th: The Game and Laser League games, you can read the synopsis below.
PlayStation 4
Friday the 13th: The Game
Players can take on the role of a teen counsellor or Jason Voorhees. As a teen counsellor, you and up to six other unlucky souls will do everything possible to escape and survive while a masked killer tracks you down. Survival is entirely up to the player as you either hide from Jason or work together to either escape or bring the fight to Jason.
Laser League
This all-new multiplayer experience is easy to pick up and incredibly fun to play. What starts out as a simple test of your reflexes becomes a strategic competition with deep team tactics.

Master Reboot
Imagine a world where death is no longer final, where precious memories are saved to enjoy forever, where your soul is immortal, welcome to the Soul Cloud. Upload your soul to our dedicated servers and relax knowing that a part of you will live on for eternity. The Bridge

Explore increasingly difficult worlds, each uniquely detailed and designed to leave the player with a pronounced sense of intellectual accomplishment. The Bridge exemplifies games as an art form, with beautifully hand-drawn art in the style of a black-and-white lithograph.

Rocketbirds 2: Evolution

You have until the end of October to get these games if you want to add them to your collection and play them over and over again, or if you don’t want them you can always wait to see what the month of October has in store.
