While many of you are probably storming through “Fortune Island” in Forza Horizon 4, there’s probably plenty of you still playing Forza Horizon 3. So here we are, another week and time for another Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event! Rumour has it though, the last #Forzathon for Forza Horizon 3 will be the end of January as one of the challenges then is called “#Forzathon Bye Bye” *sniff*.

The Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon January 4-11th event gives you a chance at the Terradyne Gurkha LAPV, Wheelspins, XP, and Credits. While you’re at it, don’t forget to check out this week’s Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon challenges.

Playground Games recently shifted the times for their Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathons. This Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event started at 1:00 p.m. PT on January 4th and closes at 12:59 p.m. PT on January 11th.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Breaking the Pack: Win a Race in an Offroad or Extreme Offroad vehicle to win the Terradyne Gurkha LAPV
  • 10-49 In Progress: Perform 10 Hard Charger Skills to receive 3 Wheelspins
  • Terror of Australia: Perform 15 Sideswipe Skills in the Terradyne Gurkha LAPV to earn 55,000 CR
  • Defensive Tactics: Win 5 Head-to-Head Races or Complete 5 Snowman Skills to receive 50,000 XP

Breaking the Pack

Pretty easy stuff, all you have to do is win a race in an Offroad or Extreme Offroad vehicle to snag the Terradyne Gurkha LAPV. Coober Pedy Scramble on the north side of the map is a good, short race for this.

10-49 In Progress

To perform a Hard Charger skill, stop your vehicle and then punch the gas to get a burnout. Once you reach a certain speed, you’ll get the Hard Charger skill. Rinse and repeat nine more times to earn your 3 Wheelspins.

Terror of Australia

Drifting while getting a Wreckage skill will earn you a Sideswipe. Do this 15 times in the Terradyne Gurkha LAPV to earn your 55,000 CR for the week.

Defensive Tactics

If you own Blizzard Mountain DLC, head over there and run over 5 snowmen to get your Snowman Skills. Otherwise, you’ll have to win 5 Head-to-Head races by pulling up behind and challenging Drivatars to earn your 50,000 XP.

What do you think about the “Horizon Heavy” Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event and the rumour that these could be nearing an end for this game? Are you going to keep completing the Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathons or are you moving on to Forza Horizon 4? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+Twitter, or Facebook.
