Well, here we are again. It was back in November when Monowear sent me a couple of their Apple Watch watchbands to take a look at and review. I really loved those watchbands because, frankly, nice, quality Apple Watch watchbands, at a decent price, are hard to come by.
The company hooked me up with their latest offering, the Monowear Contemporary Leather Cuff. Keep reading to find out if the

- Monowear Contemporary Leather Cuff
The last time we reviewed Monowear watchbands the company sent along two different bands. This time around we’re focusing on only one, the Contemporary Leather Cuff. So this review is going to be a fairly short affair.
Like the other Monowear bands, this cuff band is a simple and clean design. Made from grained leather, it’s slim and very lightweight. The materials are all high-quality, including the strap pin and the lugs.
The design has a taper to it which gives it a unique look over just a simple continuous piece of leather. The stitching is top notch and all the craftsmanship is well done.
Overall, this is a beautiful watchstrap, much the same as the others we reviewed before.
Ease of Use
Apple has made install of any Apple Watch watchband very simple. The lugs simply slide right into the body of the Apple Watch. The watchband can be removed by pushing the button on the backside of the watch to release the lugs. It really is that simple, and the watchband itself works much like the Apple Watch Sports Band. Overall, simple to use.
You can find dozens upon dozens of Apple Watch watchbands on Amazon, but most of them are pretty cheap and crappy. Monowear offers up a high-quality band that will last you for a good long time. This is all leather and everything about it is premium and doesn’t feel like it will fall apart. Overall, this is a well-made product that will get better with age.
The Cuff is going to set you back US$52 which might seem pricey, but it’s well worth it. There is a lot of value here. This strap won’t fall apart on you after a few months like some of the US$20 offerings on Amazon. Overall, this is priced right with high value.
We’ve said it before. It’s easy to pick up a few cheap straps from Amazon and call it a day. But how many straps will you end up buying? It may be enough that you could have purchased the Monowear Contemporary Leather Cuff and
