Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon March 7-14: “Nineteen to the Dozen”

As you should know by now, #Forzathon has changed pretty dramatically in the latest iteration of the game. Check out our Forza Horizon 4  #Forzathon primer to make sense of the new #Forzathon format if you’re not already familiar with it.

At any rate, Spring is here (at least in-game) and here we are with a week that showcases Super Saloons. Unlike the last few weeks, you’ve actually got a choice from a few different vehicles. The Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon March 7-14th event gives you a chance to earn an extra 100 (or 200 with the VIP house) #Forzathon Points in Super Saloons like the 2017 Alfa Romeo Guilia Quadrifoglio, various Audis, BMWs, and more! This Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon event started today at 7:30 a.m. PT and closes at 7:30 a.m. PT on March 14th. In addition to the four new #Forzathon events, there are also a number of new seasonal races (including extra Fortune Island Winter Season races), and PR stunts.

“Nineteen to the Dozen” #Forzathon

Check out the complete Challenge list below:

  • AWW YISS: Own and drive any Super Saloon
  • Luxury Performance: Breeze past the opposition to earn 5 Triple Pass Skills while racing your Super Saloon
  • Pleased as Punch: Show that you mean business by earning 12 Sideswipe Skills with your Super Saloon
  • Nailed It: Cannonball! Make a splash by earning 3 stars at the Swan Dive Danger Sign with your Super Saloon

NOTE: These challenges must be done in the order they appear in the list above.

AWW YISS

To start, simply purchase any Super Saloon if you don’t already own one. I snagged the 2013 Audi RS 7 Sportback, popped on the bodykit preset and auto-upgraded it to S1 900. Once you’ve done so, hop in and move on to the next task for the week.

Luxury Performance

You’ll have to hop into a race or few to get this one. Pass three cars in quick succession five times to complete this task. An easy way to do this is head to a drag strip like the one at the airport. Don’t go right away but rather wait until the GO comes up then wait a second for the other vehicles to start before you do. Once you pass three vehicles and get the Triple Pass Skill notification, restart the race. Do this five times and you’ll be done.

Pleased As Punch

Once you’ve completed your Triple Pass Skills, you’ll need to chain those drifts and wreckage skills. There are a number of places to do this — the dunes on the east side of the map or the airstrip are my favourites. Once at either location, initiate a drift then crash through fences, pylons, or the like while drifting. Do this twelve times and you’ll be able to move on.

Nailed It

Finally, head over to the Swan Dive Danger Sign located just southeast of Edinburgh. Hit it fast and get 3 stars to complete this week’s tasks. Once you nail it you’ll snag your 100 (or 200) #Forzathon Points for the week.

#Forzathon Shop

The Spring#Forzathon Shop has also been updated. This week, you can snag the 2004 Maserati MC12 Forza Edition for 500 FP and the epic 2017 Hoonigan Gymkhana 10 Ford Fiesta ST for 750 FP. Also up for grabs are the legendary Patrol Hats for 250 FP a piece. As usual, you can pick up Wheelspins for 40 FP or Super Wheelspins for 150 FP each. To be honest, the past few weeks have mostly been repeat items, here’s hoping new items come to the #Forzathon Shop soon.
