With Forza Motorsport 7 just around the corner — available starting at 12:01a ET for those who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition — this week’s #Forzathon is the third extended one of the month. The #Forzathon September 29-October 4th event once again is tying into the Turn 10/Porsche partnership with a Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 up for grabs. In case you missed it, Turn 10, Porsche, and SCUF Gaming have announced a limited edition SCUF FORZA ELITE controller for the Xbox One based on the FM7 cover car as well.

This #Forzathon event starts on September 29th at 12:01 a.m. PT and closes at 11:59 pm PT on October 4th so you have until the wee hours of October 5th (depending on your time zone) in order to complete the challenges in this extended #Forzathon.

Check out the complete task list and rewards below:

  • Forza Series: Complete a Championship in a Porsche to win 3 Wheelspins and 55,000 CR
  • Leaps and Bounds: Get 3 Stars on the Airport Danger Sign to win the Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 and 35,000 XP
  • Hurrying Up: Perform 30 Speed Skills to receive 80,000 CR
  • That’s Gotta Sting: Win a Race in an Abarth to earn 95,000 XP

Pretty straightforward stuff. If you own the Porsche DLC expansion or have won a Porsche in a previous #Forzathon, the first will be easy enough. If not, you’ll have to head over to the auction house and put down a few credits to purchase one. Getting 3 Stars at the Airport Danger Sign has been in previous #Forzathons and there are more than a few helpful videos on how to complete it. Here’s a fun one in a 2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

The last two are easy enough as well. Hop into an Abarth and win a race, then head down to the highway to finish up whatever Speed Skills you still need if that hasn’t popped after doing the other three challenges.

What do you think about the “Take the Lead” #Forzathon event and the vehicle up for grabs? Let us know in the comments below or on Google+Twitter, or Facebook.
