Here we are, another week and time for another Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event! The Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon August 24-30th event gives you a chance to pick up the usual XP, Credits, Wheelspins, and the Jaguar XJ220 HE. In case you missed the update earlier this year, Forza Horizon 3 is also playable in 4K 30fps glory after the recent Xbox One X Enhanced patch for all you Xbox One X owners out there.
This Forza Horizon 3 #Forzathon event started today at 12:01 a.m. PT and closes at 11:59 pm PT on August 30th so you have until the wee hours of August 31st (depending on your time zone) in order to complete the challenges.
Check out the complete task list and rewards below:
- Care to Share: Complete ANY Co-Op event to receive 75,000 CR
- Ace High: Complete a Race in a Class A car to win the Jaguar XJ220 HE
- Beating the Heat: Win a Race to receive 3 Wheelspins
- Feel the Sting: Perform a Drift Tap in an Abarth to earn 60,000 XP
This week you should be able to triple up on the first three tasks, you’ll definitely be able to do Ace High and Beating the Heat at the same time for sure.
For starters, head into Co-Op mode, hopefully, it’ll be a Class A race and you’ll win it to snag the Credits, Jaguar XJ220 Horizon Edition, and your Wheelspins. If not, complete the event for your weekly credits.
Once you’ve finished that, if you only completed the first task then start a short race, select a Class A car, and win it to snag the Jag and your Wheelspins.
Drift taps can be a bit tricky. To perform one, start a drift (in an Abarth for the task) and then tap the wall or barrier to pop the Drift Tap skill and get your bonus XP for the week.
