As you should know by now, #Forzathon has changed pretty dramatically in the latest iteration of the game. Check out our Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon primer to make sense of the new #Forzathon format if you’re not already familiar with it.
At any rate, Winter is back (and in full force IRL in most places as well) and here we are with a week that showcases Retro Rally cars so get that Mitsubishi back out! The Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon January 31-February 7th event gives you a chance to earn an extra 100 (or 200 with the VIP house) #Forzathon Points in Retro Rally cars! This Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon event started today at 7:30 a.m. PT and closes at 7:30 a.m. PT on February 7th. In addition to the four new #Forzathon events, there are also a number of new seasonal races (including extra Fortune Island Winter Season races), PR stunts, and two new free vehicles for Car Pass owners!

- Fond Memories: Own and drive a Retro Rally car, each one is an icon of its era
- Over Crest, Jump Maybe: Leap past the competition! Overtake your opponents while airborne to earn 3 Airborne Pass Skills as you race in a Retro Rally car
- Diverted Traffic: That was close! Drift while narrowly avoiding traffic to earn 5 Lucky Escape Skills with your Retro Rally car
- Pedal to the Metal: Time to test your prowess behind the wheel! Earn a
3 star score at the Derwent Water Speed Zone with your Retro Rally car. Good luck!
NOTE: These challenges must be done in the order they appear in the list above.
Fond Memories
Simple start, simply
Over Crest, Jump Maybe
Hopefully, this only takes you one race but it might take a couple. You’ll want to pick Dirt Racing tracks with a few jumps and time them so you can get a pass in while airborne. Complete three of those to proceed.
Diverted Traffic
A Lucky Escape skill is earned when you initiate a drift and get a near miss while drifting. Your best bet is the highway in the east. Pick up five Lucky Escape skills to move on to the last challenge for the week
Pedal to the Metal
You may have to upgrade the tune on your Retro Rally car in order to complete this one. Head to the Derwent Water Speed Zone located northeast of Lakehurst Forest and hit 95 mph (152.9 km/h) to nail this challenge. Once you do so, you’ll snag your 100 or 200 #Forzathon Points for the week.
#Forzathon Shop
The Winter #Forzathon Shop has also been updated. This week, you can snag the2013 Bentley Continental GT Speed Forza Edition for 450 FP and the epic 2006 Hummer H1 Alpha for 600 FP. Also up for grabs are the legendary Ski Hat and Snow Boots for 125 FP a piece. As usual, you can pick up Wheelspins for 40 FP or Super Wheelspins for 150 FP each.
Winter Racing Championship
This season brings some new seasonal races as well. The seasonal races this month are offering up a helmet, quick chat phrase, the 2017 Maserati Levante S, and the Lambo Reventón. NOTE: rewards are based on Solo races.

Fortune Island: Winter
In addition to Great Britain seasonal races, there are Fortune Island Winter races as well. The Fortune Island seasonal races reward you with how well you place against higher skill level opponents. The better you do, the higher the skill level, the better the rewards. NOTE: rewards are based on Solo races.
This season you’ll be tasked with:
- [Horizon Seasonal] Rally Skildar: This gruelling championship will pit you against some of Fortune Island’s harshest weather conditions in a “B” Class Modern Rally car.
- Place 1st against Expert Drivatars: Wheelspin reward
- Place 2nd against Highly Skilled Drivatars: Wheelspin reward
- Place 3rd against Average Drivatars: Wheelspin reward
- [Horizon Seasonal] Lowland Tour: This battle in “B” Class Hot Hatches will demand skill behind the wheel if you want to avoid sliding off the road and into a snow-filled ditch.

- Place 2nd against Highly Skilled Drivatars: Wheelspin reward
- Place 3rd against Average Drivatars: Wheelspin reward
