Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon March 14-21: “Abarthanon”

|
, ,

Forza Horizon 4 has been out for some time now with its updated #Forzathon format. With this week’s event, Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios are making it easier to track the weekly events with the new Festival Playlist. Also, don’t forget about the new Achievements, many of which are #Forzathon related.

On that note, Summer is here with a week that showcases vehicles by Abarth. The Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon March 7-14th event gives you a chance to earn an extra 100 (or 200 with the VIP house) #Forzathon Points in the Abarth 124 Spider, 695 Biposto, Fiat 131, or 595 Esseesse! This Forza Horizon 4 #Forzathon event started today at 7:30 a.m. PT and closes at 7:30 a.m. PT on March 21st. In addition to the four new #Forzathon events, there are also a number of new seasonal races (including extra Fortune Island Seasonal races) and PR stunts.

Festival Playlist/Summer Season

In addition, there are new rewards for completing both the Festival Playlist and the Horizon Summer Season. For the Playlist (we’re assuming totally completing each of the four seasons will complete this), once you complete 50%, you’ll snag a Ferrari F50 GT. Complete it all (that would be completing all four seasons), you’ll snag the Ford Capri Forza Edition. As for the Horizon Summer Season, 50% completion will snag you the Ford Mustang S5 while 100% completion — completing all tasks, races, PR Stunts, Season Events, and Trials on Great Britain (not Fortune Island) — will net you the Porsche 914/6.

The Festival Playlist offers up more rewards and a different interface for tracking weekly seasonal challenges.

“Abarthanon” #Forzathon

Check out the complete Challenge list below:

  • Go Take Abarth: Own and drive any Abarth Manufacturer car
  • Breaking the Mold: Show off your tinkering skills! Soup up your Abarth car until it can reach a top speed of 125 mph (201 km/h)
  • Not Covered Under Policy: Now that we’ve shown the world how fast we can go, let’s make your Abarth car fly. Get 9 stars from Danger Signs
  • Abarth of History: It’s time to put your Abarth car to the test. Win any 2 Street Races using your new hidden gem

NOTE: These challenges must be done in the order they appear in the list above.

Go Take Abarth

To start, simply purchase any Abarth if you don’t already own one. You’ll want to soup it up for the next task so head to the tunes and find one that’ll up your top speed. On that note, we’re thinking the 2017 Abarth 124 Spider with an S1900 tune will be your best bet. Once you’ve done so, hop in and move on to the next task for the week.

Breaking the Mold

If you haven’t already, soup up your Abarth from the tune shop to the highest possible class. Hit the freeway, or another straight stretch of road, and punch the gas pedal until you’ve hit 125 mph (201 km/h).

Not Covered Under Policy

Time to fly! Head over to your favourite Danger Sign and jump it three or more times until you get 9 stars in total.

Abarth of History

This one may be a bit tougher so make sure to adjust your Drivatar difficulty accordingly. You’ll need to WIN two Street Races so filter out everything else except Street Scene and head to your favourite one(s). Win two and you’ll snag your 100 (or 200) #Forzathon Points for the week.

#Forzathon Shop

The Summer #Forzathon Shop has also been updated. This week, you can snag the 1931 Bentley 8-Liter for 650 FP and the rare 2010 Volkswagen Golf R for 750 FP. Also up for grabs are the legendary RTR Born to Fun Black Top for 250 FP and the epic Guitar Riff Car Horn. As usual, you can pick up Wheelspins for 40 FP or Super Wheelspins for 150 FP each.
