The line “further integrate” is what points to the relationship we’ve assumed was there all along.
The OnePlus 9 was co-developed with Hasselblad. This may elevate the phone to compete more closely with other flagships.
Seeing the potential partnership on the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G with Hasselblad makes me wonder about it.
I really believe the OnePlus 8T offers an experience closer to what iPhone customers are used to than any other Android device I’ve used to date.
OnePlus is holding a number of pop-up events on a global scale in hopes they can generate a bigger buzz for the new 6T.
The event move may actually play into OnePlus’s favor with extra press coverage.
OnePlus is also letting people join the event by purchasing a ticket, along with being able to experience the new OnePlus 6T firsthand.
As with any other beta program, there will be bugs and possible crashes as OnePlus mentions below.
The OnePlus 6T is already compatible with T-Mobiles network but the phone will be optimized to run on the 600MHz network, offering a better signal.
There are specific phones that check off all these “features” YouTube speaks of but they’re all leaning towards high-end models.
For the most part, you’ll be on your own and shouldn’t expect customer support from your OEM if you have the developer preview installed.
Data collection by device OEM’s is not uncommon, but most OEM’s ask permission before flipping the switch on.
The 18-month mark is usually the cut off for phones getting any other major Android update, it makes sense that Android O would be the last one for the 3/3T.
